THE STORY

I spent years in technical support learning to translate server truth into plain language for people who just need the site open again. That work — WordPress fatals, WooCommerce checkout breaks, cPanel limits, DNS and SSL tangles — became the core of this practice.
Rescue 404 is the version of that help I wish more owners had: paid diagnosis first, a written quote before major changes, and an honest stop when the platform or scope is wrong. In spare time I volunteer in Fire/EMS. That work is about calm under pressure, clear checklists, and getting people what they need — the same habits that belong in a real website rescue.
I build Axe & Node, a fire department management platform (records, roster, certifications, training, gear, and compliance) for departments still stuck on binders and spreadsheets. Real station needs drive the product — not a generic CRM skin.
