Do you redesign my site as part of repair? +
No. Repair stabilizes and fixes the break. Redesigns, new features, and conversion rebuilds are separate quotes — or stay with your designer.
What if I am on shared hosting? +
We can often triage and repair on the host you have today. Lasting Care and some deep host-level work may require migration into our managed environment. We say so early.
What platforms do you fully support? +
WordPress, WooCommerce, and self-hosted PHP/CMS stacks with cooperative access. Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and similar closed builders have very limited backend access — we tell you honestly before you pay.
