Can you reset my password without hosting access? +
Sometimes — if email delivery, Softaculous/host tools, or another verified channel exists. Often we need hosting or database access. The diagnostic maps which path is realistic for your stack.
What if a former developer still has the only admin? +
If domain and hosting accounts are in their name, contact the registrar and hosting company yourself — those are ownership recoveries the provider must process. If the site is still up and you have working WordPress admin, we can migrate into our managed hosting after written confirmation that your business owns the site content. We will not scrape or recreate a live site onto our servers when you have zero account access and no ownership agreement.
Will you break into someone else’s account? +
No. We only help account holders (or their authorized agents) recover access they can prove. We do not bypass legal ownership checks.
Is the diagnostic free? +
No. The $175 rescue diagnostic is paid upfront and credited toward the recovery/repair if you proceed. Full rules: Refunds & Payment.

What happens after access is restored? +
